Which appliances can I include?
Any six of your main home appliances — washing machine, washer dryer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, cooker, hob, or TV and home cinema equipment. Appliances need to be under 12 years old and in good working order when you register them.
When does my plan start?
Your plan starts the day you join. If one of our engineers repaired an appliance for you that same day, it's included immediately; your other registered appliances are included after the plan has been running for 30 days.
How do I pay?
By monthly Direct Debit, set up securely through GoCardless and protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Your first payment is collected a few working days after you join.
What if my appliance can't be repaired?
If one of your registered appliances can't be economically repaired, we'll replace it with a suitable replacement appliance, taking into account the functionality of the one it replaces.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no minimum term — you can cancel whenever you like and your plan simply runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Full details are in the plan terms.
